Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original packaging with all accessories included and was purchased directly from our store within the last 30 days.

  Request an RMA

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your flight controls to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
